Private Medical Insurance
We are covered by all major health insurance companies.
If you are choosing to use your health insurance for treatment with us, you should contact your insurer and inform them that Move Better Physiotherapy are your provider. They will give you an authorisation code and allocate you a maximum number of sessions. You can then book directly with us informing us of your insurance details; membership number, authorisation code, number of sessions allowed and any excess due.
We will take care of the billing process for you and bill the insurer directly. We are also able to provide invoices and receipts which may enable you to claim back the cost or a percentage of your treatment session if your policy allows. Let us know on booking or at your appointment if this is required.
Late cancellations or failed attendance appointment costs are not always covered by your insurer and you may be liable for the charges. Our cancellation policy states that less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation, or a failure to attend, will result in a fee being charged.
