At Move Better Physiotherapy we understand that plans can change unexpectedly and we will always make our best efforts to accommodate our patients.

We have the following Cancellation Policy in place:-

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice before the scheduled appointment will not incur any charges
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice before the scheduled appointment will result in 50% of the appointment fee being charged
No shows or failure to attend without notification will be charged the full appointment fee

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances.
